I was in a hurry to make some snack for my kids. I didn't have the time to shop, so late at night I rummaged my pantry for some inspiration. Finally, I decided to make this. Only three ingredients, and my kids loved it!

  2. 2 tbspwater
  3. 1 canlongans (I used a 565 grams can)

Cooking Instructions

60 mins
  1. 1

Mix gelatin and water and stir. Leave it for 5 - 10 minutes.

  2. 2

Drain the longans. Collect the syrupy water, about 250 ml.

  3. 3

Arrange the longans in the molds.

  4. 4

In a pan, use low heat to warm the syrupy water. Add the gelatin and stir well until it all dissolves.

  5. 5

Pour into molds. When the liquid has cooled, put the molds in the fridge to hasten the jellying process.
