  • 1 bunchasparagus
  • 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 lbchicken, breast strips
  • parmesan cheese
  • mozzarella cheese

  1. 1

    Pre heat oven 400. Add oil to saute pan and cook asparagus for about 3 to 5 minutes. Set aside

    Pound out chicken strips to an even thickness. Add asparagus, then mozzarella and parmesan. Roll chicken and place seam down on a oiled baking dish.

    Sprinkle Italian bread crumbs on tops of chicken. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan on top. Spray oil on tops of chicken. Bake 25 minutes. Enjoy

This was really good. We added some spices on top of the chicken. We used sliced mozzarella cheese inside.
