  • 2 packagesFresh Oxtails
  • 2 envelopeLipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 tsponion powder
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 packagesSazon
  • 1 canCondensed Cream of Mushroom soup
  • salt
  • 1 tspGound black pepper
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 tbspolive oil, extra virgin

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Brown oxtails in a skillet with some oil

  2. 2

    Transfer browned meat to crockpot

  3. 3

    Add all the spices, water and cream of mushroom into crockpot and stir up

  4. 4

    Leave slow cooker on LOW setting for 6-7 hours.

  5. 5

    Serve Oxtails and gravy on top of white rice!
