I wanted to make jelly in a jiffy whenever I wanted to! So I thought up this recipe.

Use 100% fruit juice.
If you prefer jelly that's a little bit softer, you can use 6 g of gelatin instead.
Please adjust the amount of sugar according to your taste. Recipe by Nacchi sencho

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 300 mlOrange juice (100%)
  2. 8 gramsGelatin
  3. 30 gramsSugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

The ingredients are only orange juice (100%), sugar, and gelatin.

  2. 2

The first thing you need to do is soak the gelatin in 2 tablespoons of water, and mix well.

  3. 3

Put sugar and orange juice in a small pot, turn on the heat, and dissolve the sugar. Turn off the heat right before it starts to boil.

  4. 4

Add the gelatin into the mixture from step ②, and use residual heat to dissolve.

  5. 5

Once it has cooled, pour the mixture into pudding molds. Removing the bubbles from the top makes for a better result.

  6. 6

Chill in the fridge to harden, then serve. It will set in about 3 hours!

  7. 7

Bonus tip: If you substitute orange juice with grape juice (100%), you can make grape jello.

  8. 8

I made coffee jelly with unsweetened canned coffee. I topped with heavy cream whipped for five minutes.

  9. 9

I made this with canned tangerines. Use the same ingredients, and add about 1 heaping tablespoon of canned tangerines (excluding syrup) into each mold in Step 5.
