My boy is really into an anime in which the main character is an avid fan of coffee jelly. He asked me to make some for him. He told me this was veryyy delicious.
Cooking Instructions

Combine agar-agar, water, coffee, and sugar in a pot.
- 2
Use medium heat and stir until the sugar and agar-agar powder dissolve.
- 3
Turn off the heat when it's boiling. Pour into mold.
- 4
When it has cooled, cut into cubes and serve with condensed milk.
