My nieces and nephews were visiting last weekend and wanting to be the cool uncle I had to figure out what snack they would enjoy.
I dashed into the supermarket to buy a packet of smilies.

My nieces and nephews were visiting last weekend and wanting to be the cool uncle I had to figure out what snack they would enjoy.

Wash onion, tomatoes and Coriander thoroughly and rinse..(raw vegetables could easily spread waterborne diseases if not thoroughly washed)

Cut them into small sizes to and mix them together and then add to it salt and a drop of vinegar to make kachumbari.

Put the smokies into a sufuria with water and place it on fire to boil for 5 minutes.

Remove it from hot water and place it on a plate.

Cut it into halves then Put kachumbari in between it.

Smokie is ready for my nieces and nephews😃😃😃.Enjoy.
