Steps

In a bowl put your fish fille...ensure u have ran your fingers through the meat incase any bones were not removed.

Add tbe crush garlic and ginger, salt, soy sauce, chopped dill, 50g corn oil, white pepper and salt

Mix them carefully to avoid breaking the fille...

Cover the bowl n place the marinated fish in the fridge for 15min to allow the marination to set in.

Meanwhile..heat your pan on medium heat to allow it to heat up slowly...

After 15min..add corn oil to the pan and remove the fish from the fridge

Place the fish carefully on the pan, to sear(close the pores)to avoid the marination from sipping out.

Let each side cook for 3 mins...remove n arrange on a baking tray.

Preheat the oven at 220 degrees.once hot, reduce the heat to 180 degrees and place the fish in the oven for 10mins

As its cooking...place a pot on fire...add the 120g butter...let it melt.

Add the lemon juice...keep stir until the sauce is consistent and the butter and lemon has mixed in very well.simmer for 5mins n remove

Remove the fish from the oven, arrange in the serving bowl, pour in the lemon butter sauce..

Garnish with the chopped parsley

Goes well with ugali, rice, and fries
