Preheat the oil on high,you should roll the dough using roller makes it flat,and use the knife to cut it into the size and the shape u want. Then put into the hot oil,let it fry till golden brown turn it to make sure the other side is cooked as well. When taking it out u should put it on a paper so that the oils can't be stored inside the fat cake. It can be eaten by polony,atchaar or anything and a cup or tea or coffee in these cold days.
