Cut the pork the to sizes you want.

Put the ingredients into the pot and cook them on high heat

Once the pot boils turn down the heat and simmer on low heat for two hours. if the pork is still tough,simmer a little bit longer until it becomes tender.

Turn off the heat and let it cool until the fat curdles

Skim off the fat carefully and warm up the meat before you eat.
