3medium tomatoes
1large onion
Cooking oil

1/4tspn of royco
1 cupwater

Heat cooking oil in a sufuria, chop onions and add, fry until it turns golden brown.

Chop tomatoes and add then stir.

Chop coriander add and then stir.

Add salt and boiled maize and beans stir.

Add royco and one cup of water stir and leave it to cook.
