Steps

Saute the diced onion and crushed garlic.

Add your tomatoes and keep stirring. Add the paprika and pepper and salt.

Add your cauliflower cooking for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the black pepper and 1/2 cup of water and mix.

Cover and reduce heat to low, simmer for 5 minutes until cauliflower is tender

Sprinkle the parsley and let it cook for 1 minute.

Serve while hot with Cumin rice. Enjoy!
