500 gmatumbo
leavescoriander
3tomatoes
1onion
cooking oil
1 tsproyco
salt

Chop the matumbo and wash them well. boil with salt until tender for 1 hr and 45 mins

Once soft, drain the excess soup and add oil and onions
3

Fry the mixture then add tomatoes and royco.

Add the coriander and stir for a few mins. serve with Ugali
