It's a dish that is easy to prepare and the one that can be taken without any requirements of stew if not available.

Wash the rice in a bowl

Peal and wash the potatoes

Prepare both tomatoes and onions

Heat the cooking pot with oil

Add the onions then until golden brown

Add the tomatoes

2 1/2cups of water then leaves it to boil

Add the rice and stir

Add both the pepper and salt to taste

Close with a lead and reduce the heat to cook slowly.

Ensure all the water is cleared in the rice and the rice is well cooked.

Allow it to cool before serving. Served with beef stew, vegetables or scrambled eggs.
