Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsRice
  2. Meat 1 kilo
  3. 20 piecesGreen tomatoes
  4. as neededGreen pepper as much
  5. Onion 1 bulb
  6. 1/4 bottleGround oil
  7. 4 cubesMaggi
  8. Salt a pinch to taste
  9. 1 pinchCurry powder
  10. 1 pinchGinger and garlic powder

Steps

  1. 1

    East and cut green tomatoes, pepper and onion and blend

  2. 2

    Steam blended mixture to drain water

  3. 3

    Wash and steam meat, adding Maggie, salt curry powder with ginger and garlic to meat before steaming

  4. 4

    Put ground oil on fire, allow to get hot and fry blended tomatoes

  5. 5

    Pour meat and water into fried sauce and stir, then add more Maggie and salt if needed to your taste

  6. 6

    Allow to cook and let water drain. Gbadun stew is ready

  7. 7

    Put a clean pot with 4 cups of water and allow to boil with a pinch of salt, then wash your egg and put inside to cook with rice

  8. 8

    Remove egg after 5-10 minutes and peel

  9. 9

    Put little salt to rice in a bowl and wash thoroughly with cold water to reduced starch content in rice

  10. 10

    Put rice into boiled water and allow to cook. Rice is ready

  11. 11

    Serve rice with gbadun stew and enjoy
