  • 2red tomatoes
  • Cooking oil
  • 1round onion

  1. 1

    Break the eggs in a bowl and whisk

  2. 2

    Place a frying pan on heat and add cooking oil

  3. 3

    Chop the onion and add in the whisked egg and add salt

  4. 4

    Fry the egg and add chopped tomatoes to it. Fry for some time before serving hot.
