Place the flour in a bowl. Add the salt, yeast, and sugar, and mix well.

Add the oil and mix thoroughly until the flour absorbs the oil.

Add the milk and knead well. Let the dough rise until doubled in size.

To make the filling, combine the semolina, sugar, and cinnamon. Gradually add the water, mixing until the filling is soft.

Divide the dough evenly into two portions. Press the first half into a 10-inch (26 cm) baking pan, then spread the filling on top. Roll out the second half of the dough and place it over the filling in the pan.

Cut the dough into squares with a knife and let it rise for 20 minutes.

Beat an egg with a little milk and brush the top. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and bake in the oven.

After baking, let it cool for 5 minutes, then pour the syrup over it and let it soak in well.
