Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1pie crust, homemade or store-bought
  2. 3 Tbspbutter, softened
  3. 3 Tbspgranulated sugar
  4. 3 tspground cinnamon

Steps

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl

  3. 3

    Roll out pie crust to a 1/8"thick rectangle, 12"x8"

  4. 4

    Spread softened butter over entire pie crust. Sprinkle sugar/cinnamon mixture evenly over the butter.

  5. 5

    Roll the dough up tightly starting at the short end

  6. 6

    Cut dough into 1" widths and place on parchment paper lined baking sheet with the seam side down

  7. 7

    Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown. Let rest on baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to completely cool.
