Ingredients

  • 1) 2 लिटर दुध
  • 2) 2 लिंबू
  • 3) साखर 1 ते 2 कप
  • 4) milk मसाला 1/2 चमचा
  • 5) पाणी 5 कप

Steps

  1. 1

    दूध उकळून घ्यावे. गॅस बंद करून त्याची वाफ जाऊ द्यावी.

  2. 2

    2 लिंबाचा रस एक वाटीत काढून तो दूध फाटण्यासाठी अंदाजे दुधात टाकावा आणि त्याला हलवावे व थोडा वेळ वाट पहावी.

  3. 3

    दुधावर हिरवट रंगाचे liquid आल्यानंतर ते फाटलेले दूध एका स्वच्छ सुती कापड्यामधून गाळून घ्यावे.

  4. 4

    कापड गोल फिरवून त्यास थंड पाण्याच्या भांड्यात ठेवावे. साका थंड झाल्यानंतर गच्च पिळून घ्यावा.

  5. 5

    गच्च पिळून घेतलेला साका एका प्लेट मध्ये काढून चांगले मळून घ्यावे व नंतर त्याचे गोल गोळे बनवून घ्यावे.

  6. 6

    एका स्टील च्या मोठ्या भांड्यात 5 कप पाणी घेऊन त्यात 2 कप साखर घालून उकळून घ्यावे. या पाण्याची चाचणी बनवू नये.

  7. 7

    पाणी उकळायला सुरुवात झाल्यावर त्यात तयार गोळे टाकावे. याला 8-9 min मध्यम gas वर हलके झाकण ठेवून उकळू द्यावे.

    10 mint गॅस बंद करावा. त्यात अर्धा चमचा मिल्क मसाला घालावा. हे थंड होण्यास ठेवावे.

  9. 9

    आता आपले रसगुल्ले तयार झालेत. यांना freez मध्ये ठेवून थंड झाल्यावर सर्व्ह करावेत.
