Ingredients

  1. 1 kgchicken
  2. to tastesalt
  3. 11/2cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the chicken for about 5 minutes and add salt to taste

  2. 2

    Heat the oil till it heats well

  3. 3

    Add pieces of chicken depending with the size of saucepan

  4. 4

    Cook for 3 minutes then turn the other side

  5. 5

    Let it cook for 3 minutes

  6. 6

    Remove from the heat and put in a dry place

  7. 7

    Let the oil to heat again and repeat the procedure

  8. 8

    Serve while hot
