Ingredients

  • 5potatoes
  • 1 packagesmoked sausage (of your choice)
  • Peppers: green, red, orange, or yellow (optional) oyc
  • Add seasonings to add more flavor

Steps

    Clean potatoes

  2. 2

    Skin potatoes if you want

  3. 3

    Dice potatoes

  4. 4

    Fry potatoes

  5. 5

    Cut up smoked sausage

  6. 6

    Put in with potatoes

  7. 7

    Continue to fry

  8. 8

    Dice pepper or peppers if you're putting in more then one

  9. 9

    Put in with potatoes and sausage

  10. 10

    Fry for like 5 or 10 more minutes

  11. 11

    Take off heat

  12. 12

    Enjoy :)
