Steps

Boils the chicken until soft (more than 1 hr)

Wash and chop your vegetables. Garlic and ginger blended or thinly sliced. Coriander thinly chopped and tomatoes and onions diced.

First stir fry your onions and ginger and garlic until slightly brown then add the chicken.

Cook the chicken for a while to let it soak up the ginger and garlic flavour.

Finally add the tomatoes and coriander. Cook until the tomatoes form a thick stew.

Serve with Ugali or rice or your favourite meal.
