Porriage yam with Titus fish
Titus fish for the win especially the tail.
Steps

Cut n wash yam

Put in a pot add water but it won't cover it.

Add palmoil,crayfish,onion,pepper,salt and curry.

Cover the pot.let it boil very well for at least 30mins.then stir with a stirrer.

Allow to boil for another 5mins to make sure the porriage comes out well.then is ready to serve.

Cut and wash fish.boil with salt,Maggi,Onion and curry.onces is done fry with palmoil.
