Ugali is the most thrown away food in our country. After the recent shortage let's all learn better way of conserving food. I hope you will use this method hence forth. Enjoy!

First chop your left over Ugali into small pieces.

Heat your water until boiling point then add your chopped Ugali pieces. They will form a thick porridge substance.

Pour the flour into the mixture and cook the normal way you would cook your Ugali. It will be ready in 7-10 mins.

Serve with your favourite vegetables or stew.
