Ingredients

  • 2 oz.ginger root
  • 1med. onion, cut in quarters
  • 3 cupsvegetable oil
  • 1 cupvinegar
  • 1 3/4 cupssoy sauce
  • 1/10lemon, juiced
  • 2 tspsugar
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tsppepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak Ginger in cold water for a few minutes. Remove skin and cut into quarters.

  2. 2

    Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. If all ingredients do not fit, divide in half and blend separately. Refrigerate.
