Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 cupLeftover Cooked Rice -
  • 2Eggs
  • 50 gmsChicken
  • Very few Basil leave
  • 1 cup(Peppers, mushroom, carrots etc) Leftover Vegetables
  • 2 tbspTom kha/ tom yum paste -
  • 1 tspSoy sauce -
  • 1 tbspOyster sauce -
  • 2-3 tbspOil-
  • 2-3 tbspMinced garlic -

Steps

  1. 1

    Season the eggs with salt and scramble in a work & keep aside.

  2. 2

    Heat oil again in the same work, add minced garlic, tom yum or tom kha pasta, soy sauce, oyster sauce and the diced chicken.

  3. 3

    Keep stirring on a high flame till the chicken is cooked.

  4. 4

    Throw in rice, all the vegetables, basil leaves and season with salt & pepper. Add the scrambled egg, stir well and serve your all in one kapow rice.
