Cooking Instructions

Cut the sausages in to julienne slices

Chop the onions in to julienne slices

Soak the onions in water to get rid of the bitter taste

Drain the water in the onions completely

Mix the onions and sausages together

Add a pinch of salt n a pinch of black pepper

Mix together

Add 5ml of corn oil to give it a shine
- 9
Put it in the fridge for 10mins

Can be used as an accompaniment or a side salad

Best served when chilled.
