1/4 kgliver
1green pepper
1small spoon royco
salt
cooking oil
1medium onion
2large tomatoes
1 cupwater

Cut liver into cubes.

Chop onions put in a sufuria add cooking oil and liver fry for 10min.

Add the chopped tomatoes and mash.

Add the chopped green pepper stir.

Add salt, dissolve royco in 1 cup of water and add let it cook.

Serve hot with rice.
