Steps

Boil the red beans until soft in a pot with enough water (1-1.5 ltr) for one hour.

Prepare the ingredients.

Mix the chopped tomatoes, spring onions, boiled red beans in a bowl. Add the spices: salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin and coriander powder. Add olive oil.

Mix it well.

Add the rice crispy and mix nuts and bhujia (kind of Indian snack is made from potatoes).

Serve it.
