Ingredients

  1. 2whole Rotisserie Chickens (1,213g)
  2. 2 bagsSteamfresh Broccoli Florets (8 cups)
  3. 6 slicesGreat Value Naturally Hickory Smoked Thick Cut Bacon
  4. 1 bottleHormel Bacon Pieces
  5. 16 ozWhipped Cream Cheese
  6. 2/3 cupSour Cream
  7. 2 cupsMild Cheddar Cheese
  8. 1/2 cupShredded Parmesan, Romano, Asiago cheese
  9. 4 tbspLemon Juice
  10. 2 cupsChicken Broth Low Sodium
  11. 5 clovesMinced Garlic
  12. 2 tspOnion Salt
  13. 1 tspThyme
  14. 1 tspOregano
  15. 2 tspCrushed Red Pepper Flakes
  16. 1 tspGround Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Remove meat from chickens, dice and add to large mixing bowl

  2. 2

    Steam broccoli, dice and add to bowl

  3. 3

    Add all other ingredients except Cheddar to bowl and mix evenly

  4. 4

    Pour into casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar

  5. 5

    Bake at 375 for 30min

  6. 6

    Allow 15min to cool before serving
