6 servings

2whole Rotisserie Chickens (1,213g)
2 bagsSteamfresh Broccoli Florets (8 cups)
6 slicesGreat Value Naturally Hickory Smoked Thick Cut Bacon
1 bottleHormel Bacon Pieces
16 ozWhipped Cream Cheese
2/3 cupSour Cream
2 cupsMild Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cupShredded Parmesan, Romano, Asiago cheese
4 tbspLemon Juice
2 cupsChicken Broth Low Sodium
5 clovesMinced Garlic
2 tspOnion Salt
1 tspThyme
1 tspOregano
2 tspCrushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 tspGround Black Pepper

Remove meat from chickens, dice and add to large mixing bowl

Steam broccoli, dice and add to bowl

Add all other ingredients except Cheddar to bowl and mix evenly

Pour into casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar

Bake at 375 for 30min

Allow 15min to cool before serving
