Chop the onions and tomatoes

After heating oil in a sufuria add the chopped onions till they golden then add the tomatoes and cook for five minutes

Add salt to taste then add half cup of water

Put in the already deep fried fish then cook for seven minutes

Chop the onion then add oil in which you will simmer the kienyeji

When ready serve when hot
