Ingredients

60 minutes
5 serves.
  • 300 gbeef
  • 1 kgrice
  • 1 tsppounded garlic
  • 1 tsppounded dania
  • 3large carrots
  • 2capsicum (red and yellow)
  • 5eggs
  • 5 tbspmayonase
  • Salt
  • 15 mlsoil

Steps

60 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the beef into small sizes and put to boil

  2. 2

    Boil with salt. Boil until soft.

  3. 3

    Boil also the rice until ready.

  4. 4

    Into a clean non stick pan, put 15 mls of oil.

  5. 5

    Start by frying the ginger, fry for a few minutes.

    Fry until slightly brown then add garlic and fry until a sweet aroma is produced.

    Then add the boiled beef. Stir.

    Add capsicum(both red and yellow)

    Stir. In a separate pan, mix the boiled rice with mayonnase.

    In a separate pan put 2 tbsp of oil. Beat the five eggs in a bowl. Add to the pan...Here cook the scrambled eggs without onions or tomatoes..

    Then mix the eggs with the rice in a sufuria while cooking it - 5 minutes.

    Then mix the rice with the cooked beef.

    Mix and stir evenly.
