I made this for my cousins today for dinner. I wanted to try something new and light
Steps

Wash and cut meat into small pieces

Put to boil with salt and water until tender

Boil until water has dried up then add the diced onions and fry until soft

Add tomatoes mix then add dania. Stir. Dissolve royco in a 1/4 cup of water then add to the meat

Cook for 5 minutes then serve

Remove the potato pills using a potato-pillar then cut into rectangular strips

Put the potato strips to boil kin salty water until semi-soft

Dry off the potato strips, avoid mashing the potato strips. Heat oil for deep frying using medium heat

Deep fry the potato strips for 15 minutes until crispy and cream yellow

Put the chips to cool then serve after 10 minutes with wet fried beef
