Place 3/4 flour in a bowl add cinnamon, sugar, 100ml cooking oil and mix Add water as you start to knead

Add water until there is no more flour around the pan and then continue kneading as you add little flour. When it is begins to be less sticky on your hands continue kneading until the dough is no longer sticky.

Take the dough divide into 2 if it is a lot and place on a flat surface, spread a little flour on it and then flatten using a roller until 2cm thick

Spread 3tbs cooking oil on the flat dough using your hand.

Use a knife to cut strips across it

Roll the strips into round balls and set aside

Place the balls on a tray and cover with cling film for 5minutes as the pan heats up

This part you can ask someone to help you. Start rolling the chapati as you place on the pan. after a minute overturn the chapati.

Spread cooking oil on the both sides of the chapati

As the chapati cooks turn over on both sides as you the brown spots remove and continue the process until you finish the whole process

Serve while hot
