This was my today's lunch. It was accompanied with kienyeji.
Steps

Add water in a sufuria and heat.

When you see bubbles add flour little by little as you stir using a cooking stick.

As you stirvyou will see lumps then continue stirring as you are adding flour until it forms a firm dough

Stir the dough as you press on the wall of the sufuria with strength until it becomes more firm and the flour is no longer seen in the dough

Form a round shape then reduce the heat. Give it some time to cook like 2 mins.

Turn the sufuria upside down on the plate to put the Ugali. Serve with kienyeji or any stew as per your preference.
