Buy fresh fish that as been wash and cleaned.

Chop onions and tomatoes.

Take sufuria add cooking oil and onions and fry.

Add tomatoes and deep fish to be cooked.

Add salt and water to cover the fish let it cook.

Serve hot with ugali.
