An easy and quick recipe for vanilla cookies. I got them right on my first try and the whole house smelled amazing! Good luck and, most importantly, enjoy!

I made them small, and since I don't like them too baked, I took them out after 15 minutes.

3 cupsall-purpose flour (about 375 grams)
7 ozmargarine (about 200 grams)
1 cuppowdered sugar (about 125 grams)
1egg
1/2 teaspoonbaking powder

Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer and, using the dough hook, mix the dough for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) with convection setting if available.

Shape the dough into cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Beat the egg with a little water and, using a pastry brush, brush each cookie with the mixture. Bake for 20 minutes!
