3-4bacon rashers
1fresh ripe avocado
1sploge of mayonnaise

Grill the bacon

Butter some lightly toasted bread

Spread mayonnaise on one of the sides of toast

Slice and mash a half or all of your avocado and spread it onto the other slice of toast

Finish the sandwich by adding the grilled bacon

Optional: Try it with a sprinkling of black pepper
