Briam, a greek ratatouille, a delicious and healthy dish, using a variety of vegetables.

Steps

Wash and slice the vegetables into thick rings. Place them in a pan.

Process the onion, garlic, spearmint and the tomato in a mini-chopper or processor. Pour the mixture over the vegetables.

Add salt, pepper and a cup of water
- 4
Bake in a preheated oven, at 180 degrees, for appproximately 45 minutes. Check regularly, your dish should neither dry out, nor be too runny.
