Ingredients

6 servings
  • 500 gpotatoes cut into thin slices
  • 500 gzucchini cut into thin slices 
  • 750gr mizithra
  • 1ripe tomato finely chopped or grated
  • spearmint
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 cupolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and grate the skin of the zucchini, wash well and cut into thin slices in a pyrex baking tray.

    Put the tomato and the finely chopped spearmint on top of the zucchini and potatoes.

    Mix the mizithra, salt, pepper and spread them in the baking tray.

    Finally, add the oil and a bit of water and place in the oven at 180 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.
