1 cancoconut milk. light is fine.
1enough water to make 3 cups when combined with coconut milk
1 tspchopped fresh ginger
3 cupinstant rice
1/2 tspsalt
1/3 cupchopped fresh cilantro

Boil coconut milk, water, and ginger.

Remove from heat. Add rice, cover, and let stand 5 minutes.

Add cilantro and salt. Fluff with a fork and serve.
