Take a glass jar of about 1 litre capacity.

Place the vinegar and the pomegranate seeds in it.

Set it aside, closed, in a dark place e.g. a cupboard, for about 15-20 days.

Strain it with a strainer and store it in a clean bottle.

Your vinegar for your salads is ready.
