Ingredients

3largish rusks
3-4large ripe tomatoes
1cucumber
1 cancorn
1boiled egg
feta cheese
olives in vinegar
1little oil
salt
oregano

Steps

Break the rusks into pieces and place them in a salad bowl.

Grate the tomato and pour it over the rusks.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add the corn, the cucumber, the egg cut into pieces, the feta cheese crumbled and the olives.

Sprinkle with a little olive oil and oregano.
