Steps

Remove the beak and eyes of the octupus and wash it thoroughly.

Place it in a pot with a lid and add all the spices and the wine.

Simmer the octopus in the water that it lets out until it is well cooked.

Remove the octopus and cut it into pieces.
- 5
Strain its sauce in another pot, add the tomatoes and the oil and boil for 10-15'.
- 6
Add the octopus to the sauce and boil for an additional 5-8'.
