  1. 5 mediumpotatoes peeled, sliced and washed
  2. 1jalapeño diced
  3. 1/2onion, chopped
  4. 3 tbspvegetable oil
  5. 1/2 tspsalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat frying pan on med heat add oil and potatoes. Cover and cook for 5 min

  2. 2

    Add peppers and onions, stir and cover. Let cook for additional 10 min stirring occasionally.
