1 kgpotatoes
1/2 kgground beef
2-3ripe tomatoes
corn oil
olive oil
1onion
salt, pepper, a little cinnamon

Steps

Cut the potatoes into round slices of 1 cm and fry them in the corn oil.

Blend the onion in a blender, sauté lightly, add the ground beef, the ground tomatoes, salt, pepper, a little cinnamon. Let it absorb most of its liquids and remove from heat.

Spread a layer of potatoes in a shallow pot, cover with the ground beef, spread the rest of the potatoes on top, add 1 cup of water, cover and let it simmer.
