Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cupsmilk
  • 3 tbsp.rice flour
  • pinchsalt
  • 2-3 tbsp.sugar
  • 2 tbsp.gulcand
  • 1/2 tsp.cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp.rose water
  • 1-2 tbsp.raisins / chopped mixed nuts
  • 1 pinchsaffron soaked in 1 tbsp. milk
  • few rose petals, pinch of cardamom powder & few chopped nuts to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring the milk to a boil.

    Bring the milk to a boil. simultaneously stirring the milk with a whisk.

    Add the gulkand,

    Raisins,

    Cardamom powder,

    Sugar, salt....Simmer, stirring on a medium flame till thick. When done, add the rose water.

    Garnish with the saffron milk, chopped nuts, cardamom powder and rose petals. Chill to serve.
