Feta Pancakes

Name: Feta Pancakes
Yield: 20-25 pancakes

Ingredients: 3 eggs; 1 cup milk (250 ml); 9 oz feta cheese (250 grams); 1 packet baking powder; Salt (use carefully, depending on how salty the feta is); 1 little freshly ground pepper; Flour, enough to make a fairly thick batter; Olive oil for frying

Delicious feta pancakes for a complete breakfast!!
They are fluffy and highly addictive!!
You can enjoy them plain or drizzled with honey, which complements them perfectly!! You can substitute the milk with water. If you don't plan to enjoy them with honey, you can add a little mint or oregano to the batter.

Ingredients

20-25 pancakes

3eggs
1 cupmilk (250 ml)
9 ozfeta cheese (250 grams)
1 packetbaking powder
Salt (use carefully, depending on how salty the feta is)

Steps

Beat the eggs with the milk.

Add the remaining ingredients and finally the flour.

Drop spoonfuls of the batter into hot oil.

Lower the heat and fry on both sides until they turn golden brown.

You can eat them either plain or with honey.
