Delicious feta pancakes for a complete breakfast!!
They are fluffy and highly addictive!!
You can enjoy them plain or drizzled with honey, which complements them perfectly!! You can substitute the milk with water. If you don't plan to enjoy them with honey, you can add a little mint or oregano to the batter.

20-25 pancakes

3eggs
1 cupmilk (250 ml)
9 ozfeta cheese (250 grams)
1 packetbaking powder

Steps

Beat the eggs with the milk.

Add the remaining ingredients and finally the flour.

Drop spoonfuls of the batter into hot oil.

Lower the heat and fry on both sides until they turn golden brown.

You can eat them either plain or with honey.
