Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. 1tea cup (Fresh thick curd)
  2. 1/4tea cup (Pudina leaves)
  3. 1Green chilli
  4. 1/4 tspRoasted jeera powder
  5. 1/8 tspRed chilli powder
  6. to tasteSendha namak (rock salt) according

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove the stems from the pudina leaves and rinse it.

  2. 2

    Take thick fresh curd in a bowl and whisk it.

  3. 3

    Grind pudina leaves and green chilli into a smooth paste along with 1 tbsp curd.

  4. 4

    Combine this mixture with whisked curd, now add roasted jeera powder, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well.

  5. 5

    Keep in refrigerator and serve chilled.
