  1. ● For The Proteins [you can also use chicken or seafood]
  2. 2 Pounds80/20 Lean Ground Beef
  3. ● For The Vegetables Seasonings & Broth
  4. 6 (32 oz)Boxes Beef Broth
  5. 1 BoxThick Sliced Mushrooms
  6. 4Medium White Onions
  7. 1Small Head Broccoli
  8. 4 CupsSliced Cabbage
  9. 1 CupSliced Carrots
  10. 1.5 CupsSliced Celery
  11. 1LG Green Bell Pepper [deseeded]
  12. 1Medium Red Bell Pepper [deseeded]
  13. 1Medium Yellow Bell Pepper [deseeded]
  14. 1Medium Orange Bell Pepper [deseeded]
  15. 8 ClovesChopped Garlic
  16. 1 BunchLeaves Cilantro
  17. 1/2 BunchLeaves Parsley
  18. 1 (8 oz)Can Spinach
  19. 1/2 CupOf Your Favorite Red Salsa Sauce [low sugar]
  20. 2 (4 oz)Cans Diced Green Chilies
  21. 2 CansDiced Tomatoes
  22. 1 CanROTELL [with chilies]
  23. 2 CansGreen Beans [drained]
  24. 1 CanAsparagus [drained]
  25. 1 CanArtichokes [drained]
  26. 1/8 CupFresh Basil Leaves
  27. 1 tbspItalian Seasoning
  28. 1/2 tspCrushed Bay Leaves
  29. 1 tspRed Pepper Flakes
  30. 1 tbspFresh Ground Black Pepper
  31. 2 tbspMaggi Chicken Boullion Powder [or more to taste]
  32. 2 tbspLiquid Beef Boullion
  33. 1 tbspWorshestershire Sauce
  34. 2 tbspLiquid Beef Boullion
  35. 1 tbspGranulated Garlic Powder [add last]
  36. 1 tbspGranulated Onion Powder [add last]

Cooking Instructions

30 Minutes
  1. 1

    Brown your beef in a large pot. Drain any grease if needed.

  2. 2

    Add everything in the Vegetables Seasonings & Broth section to your pot and bring to a simmer

  3. 3

    Simmer for 30+ minutes. Or, until your carrots have fully softened.

  4. 4

    Serve piping hot and garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy!

Thanks for sharing this awesome soup recipe. Cant imagine the smell of aromatic flavors that went into it!! Its so refreshing and flavorful. I am thinking of using Maggi broth for this recipe.
